European goldfinch

Also known as goldfinch, I have to admit at this point that the pictures are not from my allotment garden. However, since this bird likes my cornflowers in my garden, I still allow myself to use these pictures. I can't write much about this bird now, except that he didn't leave me any cornflower seeds. Granted, of course, the few euros that a new bag of seeds costs me doesn't make me poor.

I have had two of these animals visiting the balcony for about 2 years as soon as the cornflowers are ready to be plundered. Unfortunately the animals are very shy, it is quite difficult to get close enough to take nice pictures.
